Our Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Start a Return

Email yapproducts2u@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll provide instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
